By accessing or using Mimpin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mimpin is a location-based augmented reality advertising platform that allows businesses to claim physical spaces and display floating AR advertisements to nearby users via their mobile browsers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and claim advertising spaces. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post advertisements that are false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Advertise illegal products or services, adult content, or content promoting violence or discrimination.
  • Spam, harass, or exploit users of the AR viewer.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the platform's security.

6. Ad Content

You retain ownership of the ad content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Mimpin a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content as part of the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your ad content complies with all applicable laws.

7. Claiming Spaces

Claiming a space on Mimpin does not grant any legal rights to the physical location. Mimpin reserves the right to remove any space that violates these terms or applicable law without prior notice.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AR viewer will function on all devices or in all locations. We are not responsible for the accuracy of GPS data or device orientation readings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mimpin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
